How Mira Move Pause Works
Mira Move Pause transforms your child’s screen time into short movement breaks.

Step 1

Choose the apps or categories (such as YouTube, games, or social media), set a screen time limit, and select the exercise your child must complete to continue using the selected apps.

Step 2
Mira Move tracks the time your child spends using the selected apps. Once the screen time limit is reached, access to those apps is automatically paused.
Step 3

To continue using the selected apps, your child needs to perform the selected exercise in front of the phone’s camera.
Done!
The camera automatically detects the completed exercise and counts the required number of repetitions. Once the exercise is completed, access to the selected apps is restored automatically, and the screen time limit starts over.
Example:
Let’s say you’ve configured the following:
YouTube — 30-minute screen time limit
Exercise — 10 squats
After 30 minutes of using YouTube, Mira Move Pause will appear. To continue watching YouTube, your child needs to complete 10 squats in front of the phone’s camera. Once the exercise is completed successfully, access to YouTube is restored automatically, and a new 30-minute screen time limit begins.

While Watching YouTube
Screen time is tracked until it reaches the limit you’ve set—for example, 30 minutes.

Your Screen Time Limit Has Been Reached
The selected app is automatically paused, and the child sees the Mira Move Pause screen.

It’s Time to Exercise
To continue using the app, your child needs to complete the selected exercise—for example, 10 squats.

Exercise in Progress
The phone’s camera automatically detects the exercise and counts each repetition.

You’re Back on YouTube
Once the exercise is completed successfully, access to the app is restored automatically, and the screen time limit starts over. For example, if you’ve set a 30-minute limit, your child can continue using YouTube for another 30 minutes before the next movement break.
